Springs's Crescendo and Dimineundo
Crisp bees waltz
with velvet petals
as ants drum along
the lilac bush.
Electronic wings flutter,
hold,
stutter,
fall,
& lift off
a bed of roses
that bends,
arcs,
& blurs
into the maple tree.
Red and orange-breasted robins
chorus from inside treetops,
raining little helicopter leaves
into your hair.
